Surrender to deep relaxation as we guide you through 2.5 hours of yin yoga, aromatherapy and meditation. We will apply essential oils to specific meridian points to aid in balancing and calming your energy. You will be wearing a blindfold to remove distractions, create a unique sensory experience and cultivate deep calm and relaxation.
