Our yin yoga sequences of relaxing poses, using the support of bolsters, are designed to rid the body of tension and stress. As your body starts to soften and relax, we turn our attention to the mind and practice mindfulness to ease tension and stress in the mind.
You don’t need to be flexible to practice yin yoga, it is perfect for beginner’s who can’t touch their toes as well as advanced yogis wanting to deepen their practice.
