Building to Backbends

When we practice backbends, there comes a strength to the spine and an invigorated mind. The chest is open and fear is diminished.

In this workshop, we will progressively build to backbends with the support of chairs and bolsters to give you the confidence to move into these valuable asanas with a deeper understanding.
It is recommended that you have a practice of up to a year.
