Favourite pose?

For Pilates “Rolling like a ball”. A movement that always puts a smile on my face and have a laugh with.
For Yoga, Warrior ll, there is a lot going on and finding the push-pull of ease and effort also helps me to connect with the body.

Why did you start Pilates?

A close friend suggested to try it. Mentioning pilates and yoga is a fun combination.

Why did you become a teacher?

To help people find a way of connecting the mind, body and breath.

How do you describe your teaching style?

Fun, challenging and energetic but also times when it’s slower allowing people the time to feel their body and breath.

What has Pilates has taught you?

There are generally three different groups of muscles local, global and movement producers. These three groups all work together creating congruent movement in the body.

What do you want your students to know?

The breath facilitates movement and movement facilitates the breath.
