At the moment it is Ardha Chandrasana (Half moon pose). It has taken me a while to achieve some balance poses, and this one has taught me how to go slower, focus and breathe – in my yoga practice and throughout each day.
Why did you start doing yoga?
Addicted to the gym and running, I thought this would be another form of exercise I could master!!!
Why did you become a teacher?
As I practiced yoga more regularly, and began to really understand what it was, I began teacher training for my own benefit. I discovered that I wanted to share my experience and belief that yoga really is for everyone.
How do you describe your teaching style?
Inclusive, relaxed, light-hearted.
What has yoga taught you?
To stop running away, to look within for answers, and focus on mastering myself.
What do you want students to know?
Your yoga space holds the answer. You just need to understand the question.
