So if you really want to lose weight, become more flexible or clear the head, making yoga a priority and attending several times each week will see you achieve your goals faster.
We’ve intentionally made our monthly and direct debit memberships cheaper than the pay per class options to encourage practicing 2-3 times a week.
You can pause your membership if you get sick, go away, get busy or life gets in the way. Yes, you read that correctly! You can pause your pass for ANY reason and as many times as you need to (minimum period 1 week).
Remember, anything that’s worthwhile requires time and effort.

Not many yoga studios in Brisbane are as flexible as we are with our memberships.
You can still pay per class or buy a multiple class pass, we just don’t recommend it as we don’t think you’ll benefit as much compared with attending 2-3 times per week.
