Vinyasa Flow 30 min
Go with the flow and move with your breath.
Maybe a bit strong for beginners – just do what you can.
Yin Yoga with Elsie 46 min
A beginner-friendly Yin Yoga class.
You will need a cushion/rolled towel or bolster. Cat is optional.
