Do you know what I regret most about yoga?
1. Not starting sooner, and
2. Not practising when life got busy.

There have been many times when I have dragged myself to my yoga mat because I didn’t feel like it, yet I turned up anyway and NEVER regretted it.
Sometimes I just lie on my mat because simply being in the room is healing for me.
Yoga helps my body deal with chronic pain, and it stops my mind from going round and round in circles.
Even on days when I felt like crap, I always felt better AFTER yoga.
You see, the benefits of yoga aren’t just physical.
Yoga has a powerful effect on our energy, mood and state of mind.
Sometimes we can feel like we have no energy, and the thought of an hour-long class feels too much.
Let me remind you, that you are always welcome to rest or do your own thing in class.
And when we show up and give ourselves permission to do the bare minimum, something magic happens.
Yoga gives us energy.
Yoga improves our mood.
Yoga soothes the aches and pains.
Yoga takes the edge off anxiety.
Yoga clears the head.
But yoga only works if we show up.
Yoga has made the worst times of my life easier and the best times even sweeter.
But it’s not just me.
We have hundreds of reviews from clients attesting to the healing powers of yoga.

That’s what yoga does when you keep showing up. It works.
You don’t have to feel like it. You don’t have to have energy. You just have to get yourself there. We’ll handle the rest.
Keep calm,
