Learn to Meditate with The Meditation Habit

The Meditation Habit is a 6 week Live and Online Meditation Course where you practice every day in a group online. Guided by Monica Rottmann, you will get answers to your questions, receive guidance on how to overcome the mind’s common obstacle, and learn more about the theory and philosophy of meditation.

If you’ve tried meditation before but just couldn’t make it stick, or you’re stuck listening to meditation apps, this course will empower you to develop your own Meditation Habit.

This course is suitable for absolute beginners. No prior yoga or meditation experience is required.
