It depends. Both our Yin Yoga Classes and Vinyasa Basics classes are beginner-friendly but they’re quite different.
Yin Yoga is very gentle, it’s all done lying or sitting down. You won’t work up a sweat and the focus is on relaxation and deep stretching.
Vinyasa Basics classes are quite active, you will work up a sweat while become fit, strong and flexible.
We suggest you start with the first 5 Classes for $50 and try both styles of yoga to see which you prefer. Most of our regular clients do a combination of both styles each week.
