Yoga for Teen Girls
with Nicole Sanders

Teen girls face unique pressures that can lead to stress and anxiety if they don’t have the skills to cope.

In this 2hr workshop lead by Mum of four Nicole Sanders, the teens will learn skills for building confidence, developing self-awareness, being comfortable in their body and techniques for managing stress and anxiety.

The workshop is designed for girls in grade 7-12 and will feature:

  • yoga
  • group exercises
  • relaxation
  • meditation

This will be a fun and supportive day to equip the teens with skills for coping with the coming school year.
