Letting Go is the path to experience greater freedom and contentment, but how do we actually let go?
All too often, we tell ourselves to ‘just let it go’, but we find that we can’t.
Letting Go is an art form. We can’t just tell ourselves to get over painful feelings.
Holding onto anger, frustration, resentment, and grief affects us physically and mentally.
In these pandemic times, we’ve all been on an emotional rollercoaster. But if we didn’t release our uncomfortable emotions, we stored them in the body as irritability, moodiness, muscle tension and anxiety.
Before you set your new year’s resolutions, take some time to intentionally let go of the year that was.
Create space, freedom and ease by learning:
- why we struggle to let go (it’s not just you)
- why we hold onto painful emotions
- how to release the stress of the last 18 months
- emotional release technique for greater resilience.
