A guided self-myofascial release workshop using Yoga Tune Up balls.
Learn targeted techniques for self-massage considering the ‘3 Ps’: pain, posture and performance – reducing pain, improving posture and enhancing performance
You will learn simple yet potent methods for releasing tension in the arms, shoulders, legs and hips . Also, discover how to use Yoga Tune Up balls to improve circulation and prepare the body for improved mobility.
This workshop is suitable for everybody.
