Join Nic Matthews, certified Roll Model® Method practitioner, for this 2.5 hour workshop that will focus on the back, neck and shoulders.
The Roll Model® Method is a soft tissue conditioning based self-care fitness format that uses Yoga Tune Up® balls for self-myofascial release. These unique therapy balls are pliable and grippy, allowing them to penetrate and grab different layers of myo-fascia, much like a deep tissue massage.

This workshop is suitable for anyone with a body. No yoga experience required.
