When the body is relaxed and the mind is still, we arrive at Deep Calm.
This is no ordinary workshop. We will go beyond body and mind to a place of deep inner stillness.
Featuring restorative yoga, breathing techniques and meditation we will guide you to a place of Deep Calm.
This workshop is limited to 14 people.
It’s not suitable for beginners, people under 18 or people with acute conditions (chronic conditions are fine).
If you have chronic pain, fatigue and mild anxiety you are welcome. This is a group workshop and we are not in a position to cater for people with acute/recent injuries or severe panic, anxiety or depression.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
If you provide 72 hours notice of cancellation you will receive a full refund. If less than 72 hours notice is provide you will only get a credit to a future workshop IF we can fill your spot.
