This is no ordinary workshop. We will go beyond body and mind to a place of deep inner stillness.
Featuring restorative yoga to release the psoas and calm the nervous system, breathing techniques and meditation, we will guide you to a place of Deep Calm.

If you provide 72 hours notice of cancellation, you will receive a full refund. If less than 72 hours notice is provided you will only get a credit to a future workshop IF we can fill your spot.
