Spend a relaxing afternoon learning how to bliss out.

This workshop focuses on the mechanics of breath and will teach you simple methods of “down-regulation” you can use at home, enabling you to calm your nervous system.

Learn optimal breathing for your nervous system with sedating exercises from yoga, meditation, and self-massage.

In this workshop, you will learn self-massage and gentle movement techniques to:

  • Release tension in the body
  • Soothe stressed muscles
  • Liberate muscles used for breathing
  • Tap into the ability to down-regulate your nervous system with abdominal massage using the Coregeous® Ball.

The afternoon will finish with a blissful Yoga Nidra meditation which will allow you to experience a state of deep, conscious relaxation.
