Beginner’s Yoga Workshop

This Beginner’s Yoga Workshop is just the thing you need to get started.
We cover all the basics of yoga, including the key poses, breathwork, meditation and yoga etiquette.


After this workshop, you will feel confident to step into any yoga class and you’ll know how to modify poses for your body.


We specialize in teaching yoga to beginners, over 50s and people who traditionally hate exercise.


Yoga with us is designed to feel good – physically and mentally.


Perfect for people who’ve never done yoga before and those who want to refine their foundations or who are returning to the mat after time off.


We don’t care if you can touch your toes or wear fancy clothes – we want you to relax your body and calm your mind.


An existing client of ours? Use your yoga pass; there is no additional cost.


New client? This is free when you purchase our Intro Pass.


Otherwise, the workshop on its own is $50.


This class is limited to 16 people.

Cultivate Calm Yoga has been introducing yoga to beginners for 10 years.

Our classes are gentle and accessible to people over 50.

Our classes are designed to help you relax your body and calm your mind.

We don’t care if you can touch your toes, if you’re unfit or wear fancy clothes.

We want you to feel good on the inside and out.

Conveniently located in East Brisbane, we are only 2km from the Brisbane CBD and really accessible for people living in Coorparoo, Woolloongabba, Kangaroo Point, Norman Park, Greenslopes, and South Brisbane.

Free street parking is available.

We are located in a stunning heritage building and offer classes 7 days a week.
