This pass is for new students, looking to try Cultivate Calm Yoga for the first time. You can attend any of the 5 classes on the timetable within a 3-month period to see if you like the classes and teachers.

My favourite yoga studio on Brisbane!
Housed in a pleasant, well lit space on the second floor of the old Chinese Kung Fu Academy on Stanley in East Brisbane, Cultivate Calm offer classes and times to suit varied abilities and lifestyles – I have especially appreciated the weekday post-school-drop-off 10am sessions! The studio specialises in Vinyasa and Yin yoga styles, with a weekly meditation session and regular workshops. If you’re an absolute beginner check out the intro to yoga course to get you started.
This is also one of the most reasonably priced yoga studios in town.
The teachers are all very experienced and welcoming, and the focus is very much on each student’s own personal journey, leaving any sense of competition or cultural appropriation (“Indian-iness”) at the door. I love that classes often happen to the sounds of jazz or soul or even some gentle ambient techy music! Cultivate Calm Yoga is always a welcome respite from the daily grind
